Financial Statement Preparation
What makes us different?
Nobody wants unexpected costs in a business. We will assess your reporting requirements, determine the estimated cost, and agree upon a price before we start work—no surprises.
FINANCIAL REPORTS
We offer four types of financial reports designed to fit your business needs:
Audited Financial Statements – In instances where you need an opinion as to the reliability of your financial statements, usually where there is third party strong reliance on the financial statements or owners are not involved in the day to day operation, you will require Audited statements. Our professional accountants will act as your business auditors and check in detail the reliability of your financial reporting and the company’s internal controls.
Review Engagement Financial Statements – Typically a growing and well established business needs this level of preparation for its financial statements. A Review Engagement is used where third parties (such as banks or unrelated shareholders) require a level of assurance that the reporting is consistent with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Notice to Reader Financial Statements – Used by a business where the owners are active in day to day transactions. This type of financial statement is primarily used for management or internal purposes, and to keep costs down.
Income Statements prepared for Canada Revenue Agency on your personal tax return – Used by the unincorporated small business owner. These statements are prepared for your small business to be attached to your personal tax return.
