All phone calls will be returned to the client within 24 hours during normal business working hours.
J.A.Smith & Associates Inc. will notify clients immediately if a problem is encountered and within 24 hours a solution will be presented.
J.A.Smith & Associates Inc. is part of the client's team and can be reached by telephone, fax or email to assist as the need arises. Fees will be discussed prior to any engagement. The client will be advised of any fee adjustments necessary as a result of change in scope.

If you are dissatisfied with our service for ANY reason, please contact our office immediately. If your complaint is fair and reasonable and is not acted upon within 48 hours and/or the situation rectified within a reasonable time, we will refund the full fee paid by you.
